Rob:

Rob is the bassist in Hustle. Rob has been playing guitar for over ten years and has been regularly performing and practicing with Charlie since he was 15. Rob sings backing vocals on most of Hustle's songs.

Although Rob plays bass guitar in Hustle he played electric guitar in an originals band called Duty Paid while at university. Duty Paid had a large following and played several big gigs in London, including a cancer benefit gig at Camden Underworld. Rob has performed at a variety of venues, from open mic nights to birthday parties, from rock and nightclubs, to wedding receptions and local summer festivals.

Rob's bass is a 5-string Warwick Streamer CT (chrome finish), and he plays through a 1001 RB Gallien-Kruger bass head and a 15" Gallien-Kruger bass cabinet. Rob occasionally uses a 5-string black Ibanez bass for some performances.

Rob has a lot of experience in music, having been a DJ at Student Unions, discos, weddings and parties. Rob has also been a main presenter and Head of Production at an award winning student radio station. Rob is happy to DJ at functions should this be required.
